🛶Begin your scenic kayak adventure with DeSoto State Park staff at Miller’s Bend Paddle Shack, where you can rent sit-on-top kayaks for a peaceful paddle up the West Fork of Little River. Your adventure can span up to 4 miles round trip, or customize it to suit your preference! Life vests and paddles are provided for your safety and convenience. Launch from the boat ramp above A.A. Miller Dam, conveniently located within DeSoto Falls Picnic Area, just 7 miles from the main park area.🛶

Weekends: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (last boats out at 5 p.m.). Weekdays: By appointment only with a minimum $50 reservation fee. Call ahead 24 hours to schedule.
Rental Fees: Single sit-on-top kayak: $15.00 per hour, Tandem (2-person) sit-on-top kayak: $25.00 per hour.

For reservations on weekends, call Miller’s Bend Paddle Shack at 256-634-0203. For information or weekday reservations, contact DeSoto Lodge at 256-845-5380. Experience the tranquility of Little River and create unforgettable memories at DeSoto State Park!
