Nature in Miniature: Clay Mushroom Workshop Hosted by DeSoto State Park & Little River Arts Council. The Serious Skills series is a variety of classes and workshops that provide opportunities to discover a hidden talent or learn a new skill for personal enrichment. Classes are open to local residents, overnight guests and park visitors.Unleash your creativity and explore the fascinating world of native mushrooms—through art! In this fun and beginner-friendly class, you’ll learn to sculpt realistic and whimsical mushrooms using polymer clay, starting with simple forms and building up details like caps, gills, stems, and textures. 2:00 pm-5:00 pm (CST) DeSoto State Park-Fort Payne, AL. Meeting place to be disclosed at registration.
Fee: $65.00 -includes all supplies. Ages 12 to adult. Class space is limited to 10, pre-registration is required for attendance in this class. Pre-registration HERE
