Yoga on Main Street

Yoga on Main Street Join Yoga on Main Street for a wind-down from your busy day! Tuesday focuses more on flow, or a type of yoga focusing on the connection between breath, movement, and the mind. Meanwhile, Thursdays are about strengthening your body. These sessions are open to all levels and abilities; no reservation is needed, but a donation for the class is recommended. While usually held in Hunt Hall, sometimes we will meet on the stage of the Opera House.
