Splash! Have Fun with Watercolors Class Have you always wanted to try watercolor? Discover the tools and techniques to get you started in this fun two-day class. Learn from technical demonstrations and sample the paints, brushes and papers used in this magical medium. You will explore the basic techniques for painting in watercolor, experiment with color and learn about the magic of values. This class was designed for people who have never painted but students with experience in other media are also welcome. Experiment with what you’ve learned as you become familiar with your materials and paint beautiful watercolor pictures. No experience needed – just an adventurous spirit. Will be at the Moon Lake Village. Event is hosted by Mentone Arts Center. The tuition for the class is $195 plus a $45 supply fee paid to the instructor. Students will be given their remaining supplies at the end of the class to take home. The class is limited to 10 students.
