Yoga on the Mountain: Fight Those Winter Blues – Join us for a fun yoga class in DeSoto State Park! This winter we wanted to offer some inside classes until it warms up, at a time that might help fight off those winter blues. We all know how these long winter nights can be!  Instructor Destin Padgett will guide participants with relaxing, alignment-based poses. Perfect for those beginning their yoga practice or for those wanting to try something new! Classes are open to local residents and park visitors alike. No pre-registration required!
