SUMMARY:Junior Ranger Adventure Series at Desoto State Park
DESCRIPTION:Geared for kids ages 5–12, but Junior Rangers of all ages are welcome! Programs meet at the Nature Center and include hands-on activities, short walks, and outdoor exploration. Kids will learn about a variety of nature- and park-related topics while working toward earning their Alabama State Park Junior Ranger badge. It’s a fun, family-friendly way to enjoy the outdoors and learn how to help protect their parks for the future. 11:00 a.m. (CST) Meet at the Benefield Nature Center next to the Country Store on County Road 89 Fee: $2 per person.
