DESCRIPTION:\nBoom Town Opry ALL ABOARD! The Fort Payne Railroad is pulling into the Depot for a great new season at the historic Fort Payne Opera House. Landmarks of DeKalb County, Inc. is pleased to bring back the Boom Town Opry, its 2026 Summer Series. Each performance will take place during the Third Saturday Cruise-in, so come in and cool off after you check out the sights and sounds downtown. For a suggested donation of $10, you can come and go throughout the performance. All proceeds benefit the restoration of the historic 1889 Opera House. Doors open at 5pm and the show starts at 6pm.\n\n
